Q : Why should I use an agent when I can sell my house by myself?
A : This is true, but do you know the fair market value of your property? How many buyers can you attract? Will you have to settle on a price? How much money will you have to spend on advertising and lawyers? Can you write a legal contract? We can provide you with worldwide exposure, we handle all the legal documents and we only bring you qualified buyers. Consider all the hidden costs and lost profits of selling independantly.

Q : Do you know the area?
A : We have lived in New Jersey all of our lives; spanning Morris, Union, Middlesex, Somerset and Mercer counties.

Q : What can you do to help me sell my home?
A : We take this job very seriously and are dedicated to our clients. We can show you what you can do to maximize your return on your property and with the power of a nationwide broker behind us, we will be able to not only have your home listed within 24 hours, but we have a nationwide sales team working behind the scenes. Plus we handle much of the negotiations with any potential buyers, so you don't have to.

Q : Can I have you sell my house and help me locate a new one?
A : Absolutely! It's always easier to work through one person. So, if you are planning to relocate within New Jersey, we can help you from beginning to end.

Q : Can I have you simply help me locate a new home?
A : Certainly. We can handle either side of a real estate transaction.

Q : What is the commission rate when selling a home?
A : Commission rates vary by law and are always negotiated. For the most part, they are determined based on the amount of time, effort and expense we determine it will cost us to sell your home, including advertising and other marketing costs.

Q : Is a commission paid to the agent by the buyer?
A : Generally, no. For the most part the seller is responsible for any commissions due. However, there have been times when it became an issue during final negotiations.

Q : Do you only handle residential Real Estate?
A : No, we can handle everything from residential homes, condominiums and co-operatives to rentals, commercial and investment properties.

Q : Can I apply online?
A : Yes. If you are looking to sell a home click on the Sellers link at the top of the page and follow the steps to send us your information electronicly. Its the same for buyers, although you need to click on Buyers at the top and follow those steps.

Q : Do you offer any cash or other incentives to sellers so they will list with you?
A : In the State of New Jersey, we are not permitted to offer those types of incentives by law.
